I loved the hotel location, right on michigan avenue! the staff was marvelous. I found them very friendly and helpful. my room had a shared door with my neighbor's room , but when i asked, i got a new room, and it was perfect!

I had an issue with the shower door , it only opened away from me , so that was inconvenient , and the handle got stuck. It took a while to get someone to fix it.

The location was definitely convenient. Many attractions were nearby.

I found the room cleanliness unacceptable. The bathroom lacked body wash upon arrival. The cleaning staff did the bare minimum (they left fallen clothes on the floor).

The hotel features modern decor and a beautiful design. The location is great and near many shops. I found the staff friendly and very helpful. The breakfast voucher was also a very nice touch.

The street noise was noticeable at night. I found it a bit disruptive.

The room included a king-sized bed. a bathroom with a rainfall shower. There were also two sinks to facilitate simultaneous use. The air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a stable room temperature.

The gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Twenty loungers were available in the pool area, including a shaded section. There was also a business center with four computers and a printer.
